RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on shopexul.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. To receive a refund, clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All original tags must be attached when returned. 

Please note that all Sale items, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are Final Sale. 

In the event your item arrives damaged or defected [we're extremely sorry!] Please contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return. 

EXCHANGES

1. We do not accept exchanges. You can return an item following the steps below. If accepted, you will receive your refund to your original method of payment.

STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)

  1. Confirm your items are refundable. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, not damaged, and free of any stains or odors and must contain original tags. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.
  2. You are responsible for your own shipping to return an item. Shipping fees are non refundable.
  3. In order to initiate a return, please email returns@exulboutique.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number in the email. Your item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. On the 8th day, your item will no longer be eligible for a return.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your return.
